		Utilisation Manager automates Short Notice List bookings via SMS communications. It was introduced in EXACT version 11.3 and updated with full automation capability in version 11.3 SP4. The full automation option enables Receptionists to watch appointment gaps being "magically" filled by the software. The alternative manual option allows Receptionists to themselves manage the Short Notice List without leaving the appointment book screen.
