These are default messages that come pre-configured with the software.
However, you can customise them to suit your requirements (see Configuring AUTOMATED Contact options for Short Notice List).
GAP AVAILABLE:
Informs patients when a gap is available at short notice.
[Patient.firstname], an appointment on [patient.shortnoticegap] has just become available. If this is convenient, please reply with the word 'Book' or contact [practice.name] on [Practice.phone]. |
GAP CONFIRMED:
Auto-confirms that the patient booking has been accepted.
[Patient.firstname], thanks for responding, your appointment has successfully been moved forward to [patient.shortnoticegap]. See you then. |
GAP GONE:
Replies to a patient attempted booking to inform the patient that the booking has already been taken.
[Patient.firstname], thank you but, unfortunately the time has already been taken. We'll contact you again shortly when another gap becomes available. [Practice.name] |
Default selections for full automation
If you select the Utilisation Manager full automation option, the above default automated message templates will be activated, but you have the option to customise them.
