Using Utilisation Manager / Short Notice List

Utilisation Manager's primary strength is in its automation of Short Notice List bookings via SMS communications.

However, a dental practice can choose between three levels of automation, requiring varying degrees of user intervention:

  1. No SMS - the practice uses alternative means to book patients
  2. Manual SMS Sending - users interact with a partially-automated Short Notice List
  3. Automated SMS sending - users do very little and the appointment book fills automatically
