Patients

This section is concerned with all the screens and operations associated directly with patients, including

• the Patient File and its tabs,
• patient appointments and exams,
• recalling patients,
• contacting patients,
• invoicing treatment, and
• patient education.

The main screen for patient information is the Patient Details tab where patient details are entered, displayed, and maintained.

To open the Patient File window

Either

1. Select Patients from the File menu:

1. From the Workspace Bar, click the Patients icon:

   

A screen opens at the Details tab, which displays the patient's information such as name and address, contact details, bank and insurance details, family members, etc.
