Overview
When a patient is registered as 'arrived' in reception, a stick figure icon appears in the header bar of the patients desktop:
This is visible from anywhere in the patient desktop, no matter which tab a Provider has open.
The icon informs the Provider that a patient has arrived and is ready for treatment.
From EXACT release 11.3 SP6 onwards, Providers can quickly check who this patient is, what they look like (photo), and what details are pertinent to the patient appointment.
To quickly view patient details by means of the Patient Arrival Tooltip
Hover your mouse cursor over the patient arrived icon to display the tooltip details.
