Consent Query

This query enables practices to differentiate patients who have given marketing consent from patients who have not given marketing consent.

The practice can structure queries to send different templates to patients with and without consent.

Contact Preferences Audit

Many countries have regulations around direct marketing, so it is important that EXACT can track changes to patient permissions that may potentially cause patient dissatisfaction.

For this purpose the Preferences to Contact Patient window features a Contact Preferences Audit tab, accessible only to Administrator-level users:

User Activity Audit

EXACT audits user actions that potentially breach patient privacy.

The User Activity Audit logs practitioner actions that in any way touch on or enable viewing of patient data.

Authorised Software of Excellence personnel can access these audit records when necessary.

ScaleCorrectly

Improved Coduty Grid scaling for coordinated appointments

This is an improvement to grid usability, not a change in functionality.

The Coduty Grid in Coordinated Appointments now remains viewable and easily editable irrespective of the window scaling.

Scheduler-ActionNow

Explanation of the Action Now option for scheduled events/reports

This is a change in the Help information only, not a software change.

EXACT sees a Scheduled Report as an inflexible dated task list.

Each time that you manually Action Now it completes and ticks off the next dated task in that list.

So when you run Action Now on a scheduled report, EXACT runs the next report in the schedule and then considers it to have been completed in the schedule.

Running Action Now on a scheduled report does not apply the scheduled report parameters for today's date unless the next report scheduled actually specifies today.

Clinipad2.0_240x303

  • The new interface looks more clinical and professional.
  • New support tools to help diagnose WiFi issues.

IMPORTANT:
If you upgrade to v12.12 or above you must update your CliniPad app to V2.0 or it will not function.
You will see an error message advising you that you are running an out of date app and need to update. Please ensure this is done before or during the upgrade to v12.12.
