Convenient Remote Support link from within EXACT During most Support calls the support desk agent / person links remotely to the calling user's EXACT computer to diagnose, resolve and explain the issue. Historically the connection procedure was awkward and frustrating, but from v12.13 EXACT users can connect directly from EXACT to a selected Remote Support Agent.
