Automated SMS and Email field codes improvement - location Name and Phone

(Issue# 43204)

Automated SMS and Email messages were not properly adding the location of the appointment by means of field codes. This has been improved so that they now correctly include the location Name and Phone.

Saving a patient chart and creating an Estimate no longer marks the appointment as complete

(Issue# 44896)

Prior to v11.7, when a patient was in the chair and the Clinician selected the Save button or created an Estimate, the appointment would be marked as Complete and the patient referred to reception. From v11.7 only Charging or TCing marks appointments as Complete.

More providers/rooms can now be added to an appointment book (as many as 60+ columns if they are named normally)

NOTE: You will need a very wide screen to view all columns

TIP: If you encounter slowness, do the following:

• Disable the 1st available appointment book
• Disable Appointment Workflow
• Change the Short Notice List setting 'Identify gaps in the appointment book up to X days ahead' to just 1 day

Merging patient files now includes merging of Xrays and images

(Issue# 45852)

Before v11.7, when you merged two patient files the destination patient would have no Xrays or images from the source patient, and you would have to manually move the Xrays and images from source to destination patient.

The merge now includes images and Xrays.

The Contact by Email window's Export Format option is now greyed out when it is inapplicable

(Issue# 35497)

Improved: The Contact by Email window is used in multiple circumstances inEXACT, and the window's Export Report option is frequently inapplicable. From v11.7 this option is greyed out and defaults to the PDF Format option when no export is available:
