To add a new Provider

  1. Create an Appointment Book for the Provider (To Create an Appointment Book, Creating an Appointment Book for a Provider).
  2. Set the Provider’s working hours.
  3. Set up the Provider’s payor contract details, if applicable.
  4. Configure the Provider’s user access (system security and workspace access).
  5. To transfer appointments for another provider to the current (new) provider, use the Search and Change facility.
