My registration is about to expire - what do I do?

Upon logging into EXACT you may get a message such as Your registration will expire in 5 days.

If it is a module that is due to expire, the message will state which module it is.

You need to register the system (or module) before the expiry date.

Once the expiry date has been reached, it will become unusable until subsequently registered.

At this point, if you are busy and there are still a few days to go until expiry, you can leave the registration process until later by clicking the Register Later button.

The message will disappear but will display the next time you log into EXACT.

To Register Now from a system message

To register now, click the Register Now button and follow the instructions.

There are two steps to this:

1. Send the registration details to Software of Excellence, by either fax, post, or email.
2. When Software of Excellence reply with a registration code, enter this into 'Practice Information'.
