The Appointment Search is a tool to use in discussion with patients in order to identify the best appointment option. It allows Receptionists to see all available appointment book gaps and guides them progressively towards identifying the optimum gaps. For example, the Receptionist can start by asking the patient for the best session (morning, afternoon, evening or night) for a particular day, then click that session to drill in, and read out specific start times to the patient. Practitioners can search from multiple areas: Searching from the Appointment Workflow
