Provider Bar

When the appointment book is opened, the column widths are all equal. The header at the top of each column is called the Provider Bar, and has the following functions:

• Increasing the width of the Provider column will display more appointment details
• Contains a ‘View Month’ button for the selected provider

  

• Contains the ‘Restrict Appointment Times’ button to set-up Rotas, Blocks and Clinics for the selected provider

  

To Use the Provider Bar

1. Click once on the Provider Bar to increase the appointment column width.

   

2. Click on the Provider Bar again to return the column to the original width.
3. The ‘View Month’ and ‘Restrict Appointment’ buttons can be displayed for more than one provider by clicking on each Provider Bar.

   

4. Click on the Bar again to return to normal view.
