Customisation

The Configuring Medical History screen includes user settings, so the Medical tab can be customised per user.

Multiple Medical History Form options

Multiple fixed Medical History Form options: Simple, Default and Advanced, and the option to customise screens (see Configuring Medical History)

Mark Medical records as Reviewed,even if they haven't been edited

Providers can record that they have Reviewed a patient's medical record, whether or not they changed that record.

Nurses without edit permissions can record that they have Reviewed read-only medical records.

Audit trail

Print an audit of ALL Medical History, including amendments made within one day.
There is also an audit option to re-display records that were removed from the Medical History List.

Screens per region

Custom screens are available for each geographical region, with fields matching those available on the standard medical history forms in those regions.

Coloured status indicators

Medical record status bar, with an instantly noticeable coloured status indicator

Medical icon

Medical icon to clearly show medical status, including
- Alerts (for issues such as heart problems), and
- Infectious status (for infections such as hepatitis).

Button to update the Medical History

Update Medical History button, providing access to quickly-selectable standard options.

Medical Notes

Add Note button, for adding notes and pop-up notes to the patient record. The note type is differentiated by icon: .

View and edit patient preferences

The Medical tab includes a footer section with the means to view and directly edit patient preferences such as:
- Default doctor. From here you can change default doctor or add new doctors.
- Next of Kin
- Anaesthetic preference
