Collecting Contact Consent from Departure

The Contact Consent prompt will only display in the Departure Task List if the patient has not yet opted in or opted out.

To collect Contact Consent from Departure

Click the link in the Departure Task List to open the Preferences to Contact Patient window:

Departure-MarketingConsent

Question the patient and click the buttons accordingly.
