Requirements and Limitations for EasyPost APAC

The clinic Practice must have a valid, unique Practice ID (ACCPAC Number), as registered with Software Of Excellence.
EXACT version 11.2 or 11.3 (11.3 has enhanced features)
The Practices Mailing Address must be specified under the Registered Address section under Configure > Practice Information.
A Postcode must be specified.

IMPORTANT FOR AUSTRALIA: The Suburb, State and Postcode must be on one line, without any punctuation, and in CAPITAL LETTERS:
EasyPost must be registered as a module in EXACT. This registration includes a validation test with the online site.

The practice requires a Broadband Internet connection.
Presentation Manager must be enabled in EXACT, to function as the EasyPost interface.
NOTE: Presentation Manager has its own set of requirements, including Microsoft Word 2003 or later (See Presentation Manager Requirements).
EXDOC must be registered as a module in EXACT.
EXDOC-Pro must be registered as a module in EXACT.
A PDF Viewer such as Adobe Reader to view the saved documents.
Software of Excellence must set up your Practice account and supply you with information for your EasyPost registration procedure.

Limitations in Australasia and Asia:

EasyPost is available in Australia and New Zealand but not in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Due to postal requirements, Australian and New Zealand dental practices can only use A4 Letters and DL Sized Postcards (210mm x 99mm).
Return addresses are standardised for Australia and New Zealand:

On Postcards the return address is printed directly onto the first side:
International mailings are not currently catered for in Australia and New Zealand.
A5/A6 Documents/Postcards are not supported in Australia and New Zealand.
Australia and New Zealand EasyPost sees pages printed in simplex form (single-sided), as duplex (double-sided) letters are not supported.
