To navigate by means of the Breadcrumbs
The 'breadcrumb trail' displayed at the top of the main pane is the sequence of topics that you have clicked to reach your currently displayed topic. Each step on this trail is a hyperlink that you can click to return along your "trail" - see image above.
To navigate by means of the related links
When a topic displays in the main pane, related topics hyperlinks are listed below it:

Sub-topics, below this current topic in the left Help Table Of Contents (TOC). if there are no sub-topics, this column does not display. |

The first link (in this example, Patients) refers up a level, to the parent topic in the left Help Table Of Contents (TOC). The remaining links are at the same level in the left Help Table Of Contents (TOC) as the current topic. |
