Changing a Coordinated Appointment length

To change a Coordinated Appointment length

(See the Coordinated Appointment example in the previous topic for procedures)

1. Double-click the appointment to open the Edit Appointment window.
2. The time allowed for this appointment is stated in the Length field:

   

   This is the total time across both Clinicians:

   

3. Click in the Length field and over-type the existing length of time allowed for this appointment,
   OR use the keys, to change the time.

   For example, here it is changed to 45 minutes:
   

   As you exit this field the additional time will automatically be added to the end of the appointment in the grid below:

   

   i.e. it increases the time with the provider selected for the last part of the appointment.

4. You can also manually change the grid coordinated times by dragging the edges or clicking in the grid boxes.

   Each click is a toggle, turning the time on or off:

   

   For example, the above times have here been changed manually in the grid, which then automatically changes the time in the Length field:

   

5. Click the button to save the changes and update the appointment in the Appointment Book.
