Viewing Treatment History in Notes (optional)

The Notes tab also has an optional area called Treatment History.

If activated, a summary of both Historical and Current Treatment is displayed to the right of the Dated Notes area. This is ideal for reception users who do not have access to the Chart as it provides them with access to a non-editable record of treatment that has been performed and treatment that is planned.

To activate Treatment History in the Notes

(Requires Administrator security settings)

1. Select Configure menu > User Settings.
2. Under the Patient File heading,check the Show Treatment History in Notes Tab checkbox:
   
   
3. Click the Save button .

To deactivate Treatment History

Use the same method, ensuring that the checkbox is de-selected.
