The EXACT Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) module allows you to integrate your EXACT database with your telephone, so that incoming calls are detected, logged, and matched with details in the EXACT database.
For example, if a patient phones your practice to make or change an appointment, their patient details can be displayed on your computer monitor - often before you have even answered the call.
You are then able to greet them by name, instantly access any information pertinent to their call, and take any necessary action without having to say, "Excuse me please while I look up your records" and search for their file.
