The Presentation Manager

The Presentation Manager is a fantastic Microsoft Word based tool that will enable you to efficiently produce high quality professional patient-specific documents, either ad hoc or by using templates. You have the ability to manipulate templates and documents based on a variety of EXACT data types.

Charting, photos, x-rays, text, and sub-templates can all be easily placed into a document, which can then be exported to email, printer, or file and will be stored in the patient record. This will enable you to easily and consistently create professional estimates, patient education brochures, newsletters and more. Merge fields can be used to personalise these documents, saving time for the practice and increasing patient relations.

When a document or template is created or edited, instead of it opening in EXACT or Word, it is opened in the Presentation Manager, which offers the ability to insert data directly from EXACT, via the Data Element Selectors (DES) tabs. This then gives you the functionality of Word, with a real-time, direct link into the EXACT database, using simple yet powerful tools.

Furthermore, new filter tools are provided, which enable you to sort and select documents and templates by user, purpose, or whatever convenient grouping suits you.
