User Activity Audit (authorised users only)

This feature is only accessible to authorised Software of Excellence personnel.

The User Activity Audit is a reporting / management tool that records actions in the EXACT database, from where authorised Software of Excellence users can access them when necessary.

The User Activity Audit logs practitioner actions that in any way touch on or enable viewing of patient data.

What activity is Logged?

Any logged-in practitioner activity that in any way touches or potentially exposes a patient's data is audited.

Where this applies to family data, the practitioner activity is logged separately against each family member.

Activities that are recorded in EXACT:

• Logging in
• Logging out
  • Lock or Exit EXACT.
  • Note that a crash is not logged as a log out.
• Viewing patient data
  • Open any tab in the Patient File.
  • Open a patient via a Contact List.
• Viewing an appointment
  • Viewing an Appointment
  • Viewing a family appointment (audits for each family member)
• Running a report
  • Printing,the report to a physical printer
  • Printing the report to PDF
  • Emailing the report
  • Viewing the report
• Exporting Files / Tables
