Issuing a Clinipad Oral Health Survey when it is not due

To issue an Oral Health Survey when the software states that a survey is not due

1. Open the patient Arrivals screen as normal.

   In this case EXACT shows the ClinipadOral Health Survey as not being due:

   Icon greyed out:

   

   Checkbox unchecked :

   

2. Check the checkbox to enable the survey and then proceed as normal (see Issuing an Oral Health Survey on Clinipad)
