Write Offs

All or part of a patient’s balance can be written off so that the patient’s balance is reduced by this amount.

To view and print a list of Write Offs

1. Select a patient.
2. Select Transactions > List Items > List Write Offs

   

   The patient Write Offs are listed.
   

3. Click the [i] Information button for details of a selected Write Off:
