In addition, you can set up optional services to be automatically charted when a course of treatment is created for that payor, via the "Chart the selected optional services when a COT is created" checkbox. This works in a similar way to Quickplans, so if any information is required to be entered, the user is prompted for this. For treatment plans with multiple appointments, this feature will add the optional service(s) to the first patient appointment.
