Altering Pathology Charts

Pathology charts can be edited on the same day they are created.

To alter Pathology Charts

1. Select the chart in the Pathology tab, and click the Edit button .
2. Make the changes.
3. Save the changes.

After the day they were created, charts are considered historical records and although they may not be altered, they can be deleted by selecting them and clicking the Bin button .
