Add a Service - C (Fees tab)

1. Add a Service - A (Code, Description, Pricing Method)
2. Add a Service - B (Details tab)
3. Add a Service - C (Fees tab)
4. Add a Service - D (Notes tab)

Set and amend fees for Services in this Fees tab.

The layout of this screen will vary depending upon the Pricing Method selected.

(Optional) To prevent Providers changing fees when charting, tick the checkbox Editing of fee on chart is disallowed.
