Emailing the Recall Breakdown Report

To Email the Recall Breakdown Report

1. Access the Recall Breakdown Report and select report parameters.
2. Click the Email button.

   

   The Contact by Email screen displays:

   

   NOTE: You need to specify Provider and Specialist if your email template has these as merge fields.

3. Click OK to display the Create Email screen:

   

4. Complete all required fields and click Send.
